Eat your NOODLES day! Check out my homemade noodle dish:)

I love noodles!!! There are tons of different kinds of noodles out there but my favorite one is chinese egg noodles. Here's a quick and simple dish I made for dinner tonight:
Chinese egg noodles with turkey meatballs & brussel sprouts and splashed with some anchovies sauce.
