Omg..this is one
of the cutest salad presentation I've ever seen in an appetizer dish.
About 4 years ago, my friend hosted her birthday dinner party in Ruth's
Chris Steakhouse and I just randomly ordered a starter. It turned out
great and I got a lot of compliments too. I don't really recalled the
name of this dish but i hope Ruth's Chris steakhouse still served them.
All I remembered is the delicious minced crab meat mixed with some
veggies and dressing.
